PALS Returns Policy.

REFUNDS 

PALS may offer refunds on a case-by-case basis, decided in our sole discretion. If you are requesting a refund, please reach out via email at palsevents.to@gmail.com and we will provide you with a returns form to complete and return to us. 

Once a refund is reviewed by our team, you will receive an email from us regarding the decision. All return requests will be reviewed within 14 business days of receiving them. 

When a refund is approved, PALS will issue the refund order to our financial institutions. In beginning the refund process with us, you agree to release PALS from any claims regarding any damage/losses due to delays that occur as a result of financial institutions or other third-party money transfer services. 

Exceptions 

Any items that are not eligible for a refund will be marked “All Sales Final”
